Care Organizer
The Care Organizer is another kind of organization system. It is a plastic file folder that expands. It has labeled pockets to help you organize paperwork. It does not come with forms to fill out (but forms are available from our Care Notebook). Sections include:

- Appointments
- Clinic visits
- Medication
- Therapy
- Test Results
- Resources
- School
The Care Organizer uses pictures and words translated in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Chinese and Somali.
