The Jefferson County Dept. of Emergency Management is presenting a panel of experts to help organizations who serve vulnerable populations understand the challenges, state laws, and lessons learned from those who have lived through catastrophic events.
Who should attend:
Long-term care facilities, group homes, visiting nurses associations, community health centers, nonprofits, social service agencies, emergency management, first responders, public safety, public health, health-care communities and anyone else with an interest in learning more about this issue.

Stephanie Brady: Co-chair of the Joplin, Missouri, Area LongTerm Recovery Committee and the Chair of the Unmet Needs Committee.
Jane Meyer: Coordinator of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program for Jefferson and Clallam counties.
Jaci Hoyle: Supervisor, Medicaid in-home case management for Jefferson and Clallam counties.
Alexandrea Hatcher: Disability Integration Manager for the Coalition on Inclusive Emergency Planning Program at the Washington State Independent Living Council (SILC).
